OLE 2.0 cannot be initialized. Make sure all the current OLE 2.0 files are in the \SYSTEM directory of your main Windows directory and that no other copies of these files exist elsewhere on your system. Note that OLE 2.0 requires Microsoft Windows version 3.1 or later.
