Error 435
Visual Basic can not initialize OLE2. Make sure all the current OLE 2.0 files are in the \SYSTEM directory of your main Windows directory, and that no other copies of these files exist elsewhere on your system.
OLE 2.0 requires Microsoft Windows version 3.1 or later.
