Unable to unload within this context

In some situations you are not allowed to unload a form or a control on a form.  For example, this occurs when trying to unload a form or control on the form:

         During any Paint event for the form or for any control on the form.

         Whenever a combo box is pulled down on the form being unloaded or containing the control being unloaded.
