Msetup Installs on Drive Specified (35250)
The information in this article applies to:
• Microsoft Mouse driver for MS-DOS 6.x
• Microsoft Mouse driver for MS-DOS 7.x
This article was previously published under Q35250
SUMMARY
If you have more than one hard disk partition, Msetup can install the
mouse software on a partition other than your C drive. If you do not
specify another partition, you must manually edit your AUTOEXEC.BAT
file to invoke the mouse driver and, optionally, Control Panel.
For example, to install the mouse software on your D drive, you must
edit your AUTOEXEC.BAT on your boot drive C to the following:
D:\mouse1\mouse
D:\mouse1\cpanel
