BLOAD - a file I/O statement that loads a memory-image file,
        created by BSAVE, into memory from an input file or device
 
Syntax
  BLOAD filespec[,offset]
    - filespec is a string expression that specifies the file or device
      from which to load the memory-image file
    - offset is a <DETAIL> that lets you load the file into a precise
      memory location
