  DECLARE FUNCTION name [CDECL] [ALIAS "aliasname"] [([parameterlist])]
Syntax 2
  DECLARE SUB name [CDECL] [ALIAS "aliasname"] [([parameterlist])]
    - name is the name that will be used to call the procedure
    - CDECL, aliasname and parameterlist are Details
