FILEATTR - a file I/O function that returns information about an
           open file
Syntax
  FILEATTR(filenumber,attribute)
    - filenumber is the number of an open file
    - attribute, a numeric expression that with a value of 1 or 2, indicates
      the type of information to return about the file (see <DETAILS>).
