FILES - a statement that interfaces with DOS to print the names of
        files residing on the specified disk
 
Syntax
  FILES [filespec]
    - If all arguments are omitted, all files in the current directory
      are listed
    - filespec is a string variable or constant that includes either a
      filename or pathname, and an optional device name
