OUT - a device I/O statement that sends a byte to a machine I/O port
 
Syntax
  OUT port, data
    - port, a numeric-expression which has an integer value between
      0 and 65,535, identifies the destination hardware I/O port
    - data, a numeric expression that has an integer value between
      0 and 255, is the data to be sent out the port
