Use Paste (or press SHIFT+INS) to copy a block of text from
the Clipboard to any point in the active window.
 
An insertion point can be defined by:
  - Highlighted text; it is deleted and the contents of the
    Clipboard copied in its place.
  - The cursor position if no text is highlighted. Then
        - Less than one line of text is copied to the left
          of the cursor
        - More than one line is copied above the cursor
