RND - a math function that returns a single-precision random number
      between 0 and 1
 
Syntax
  RND[(n)]
    - If the argument is omitted, the RND function returns the next
      number in the random number sequence
    - n is a numeric expression that specifies a value less than zero,
      zero, or greater than zero. See <DETAILS> on how the RND function
      interprets each of these types of values.
