TYPE - a BASIC declaration that defines a data type containing one

  TYPE usertype
    elementname AS typename
    [elementname AS typename]

  END TYPE
 
    - usertype is a name that will identify the user-defined type. Use
      BASIC variable naming rules to coin this name.
    - elementname will identify this element of the user-defined type.

    - typename is INTEGER, LONG, SINGLE, DOUBLE, STRING*n, or another
      user-defined type
